The robustly constructed industrial PC power supply BEA-750H offers, in addition to the regular ATX outputs for powering current mainboards, a powerful 24VDC output that can be loaded with up to 7 amps and thus provides sufficient power to ensure the reliable supply of displays, receipt printers, card readers, coin counters, actuators, sensors and many other possible 24VDC peripheral devices.
With this combination of "ATX plus additional 24VDC output", the IPC power supply BEA-750H is unique on the market. For applications with additional 24VDC peripherals, Bicker Elektronik offers an optimal solution to supply all components with just one power supply. Saving an additional AC/DC power supply unit for the 24 VDC supply not only reduces costs, but also facilitates the space-saving structure of the system and the optimization of the EMC properties and leakage currents of the application.
With an output power of 500 Watt, the BEA-750H supplies high-performance computer systems and dedicated graphics cards with high energy requirements. The very robust IPC power supply unit with an extended operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C is ideally suited for 24/7 continuous operation in an industrial environment. Compatibility with current mainboards and no minimum load required
The energy-saving power supply design of the BEA-750H achieves a high degree of efficiency of up to 91%. All ATX outputs (-5V, + 3.3V, + 5V, + 12V1, + 12V2, -12V and + 5Vsb) as well as the additional + 24VDC output do not require a minimum load, so that the compatibility with motherboards of the latest generation and their energy saving modes is ensured.
Wide range input for international use
On the input side, the switched-mode power supply BEA-750H has a wide-range input 90 to 264 VAC (47 - 63 Hz) with active power factor correction (PFC) and is certified according to EN/UL 62368-1 and CCC. A short-circuit, overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions are integrated as standard at the precisely regulated outputs and ensure additional operational safety.

Longer service life of our industrial PC power supplies by using high-quality branded capacitors of type +105°C
In many industrial applications, the ambient temperature can reach +50°C and more. As a result, the temperature inside an IPC system quickly rises to +55...+60°C. Therefore, all system components used, especially the power supply unit, should be designed for an extended temperature range. The electrolytic capacitors used in switched-mode power supply units are exposed to permanent thermal loads of at least +65°C under such conditions. For this reason, we equip our industrial PC power supplies with high-quality branded capacitors of the +105°C quality class. Compared to the cheaper +85°C electrolytic capacitors, they guarantee a considerably longer service life and very high performance.

FR4 board with through-hole plating and customer-specific adjustments
The high-quality printed circuit boards in FR4 industrial quality are considerably more dimensionally stable and more durable than inexpensive hard paper boards. The through-hole plating of the board ensures robust and permanent solder connections. Optionally, if desired, parts and components can also be fixed with a high-quality adhesive and thus protected against increased shock and vibration loads. Customized protective lacquer coatings are also possible.

Excellent EMC properties and interference resistance
Due to the very good electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the BEA-750H fulfills the stricter class B of EN 55032: 2015/AC:2016. The BEA-750H also fulfills the standards with regard to increased interference immunity for industrial areas EN 61000-6-2 and for interference emission for industrial areas EN 61000-6-4.
Shock and vibration resistance
The through-hole plating of the circuit board ensures long-lasting and stable soldered connections even under the effects of shock and vibration (IEC60068-2-64). A safety bracket fixes the AC power connector in the power supply input socket and prevents it from being pulled out accidentally. The matching 3-pin AC power cord X1-132 with an IEC connector is available as an optional accessory.
Ball-bearing branded fan with temperature control and tachometer signal
The cooling - and thus the fan - is an important quality and reliability factor! That is why we only equip the BEA-750H with fans from well-known brand manufacturers. The power supply units have a separate tachometer signal output for permanent function monitoring of the fan. This ensures the permanent availability of the supplied computer system even in demanding applications. The temperature-controlled fan also reduces the noise generated by the ball-bearing fan to a minimum.
