Uninterruptible AC power supply for PC installation
The AC UPS units of the IUPS series can be installed into the 5.25" drive slot of your computer in a space-saving and convenient way. In the case of AC mains operation, the internal filters effectively filter out disturbing and dangerous overvoltages, transients and surges. If power failure, under or overvoltage occurs, the AC UPS switches into the safe backup mode and supplies the PC via the integrated battery. The connected UPS management software ensures a safe shutdown in the event of a long power failure. The reboot function automatically initiates the restart of the PC when AC mains voltage returns. To protect the battery, the integrated load sensor checks whether there is a load (computer) connected to the output and switches off the IUPS automatically if there is no load or mains input voltage.
