The motherboard Kontron K3841-Q µATX for the 12th generation Intel® Core™ processors ("Alder Lake") offers the highest quality and performance – designed and made in Germany. In combination with the Bicker BEA-550K industrial PC power supply and suitable industrial-quality system components, particularly powerful and durable industrial PC systems can be implemented. The fields of application are in the areas of industrial automation, robotics, vision, inspection, surface analysis, POI/POS, ticketing, and many more.
80PLUS® Platinum and increased interference immunity
The highly efficient and robust high-end IPC power supply BEA-550K impresses with its uncompromising quality and durability in industrial environments. In addition, the energy-saving power supply topology meets the 80PLUS® Platinum specification.
The long-term available 500W switch-mode power supply is used worldwide wherever powerful industrial PC systems have to work reliably for many years in 24/7 continuous operation even under increased interference influences and therefore contribute significantly to the safe operation of systems, plants and machines.
High performance and future-proof technology
The Kontron K3841-Q µATX is equipped with the particularly powerful Intel® Q670E chipset for the latest processor generation. Developed for long-term 24/7 continuous operation in temperatures up to +60°C, the K3841-Q μATX offers high functionality and connectivity.
Latest DDR5 memory technology (up to 128GB) and PCIe 5.0 ensure top-notch system performance with high data throughput. The dual M.2 Key-M SSD and single M.2 Key-E WLAN slots ensure flexible expandability. Based on the integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 7xx, the board simultaneously supports up to four displays with 4K resolution (via DPP V1.4a).
In addition, 1x LAN Intel® 219LM Premium and 2x LAN I225LM of the new generation with 2.5 Gbit Ethernet, as well as USB 3.2 Gen2 (Type C), GPIO and COM interfaces are available. Based on selected Intel® vPro® Essentials features as well as TSN and real-time support (TCC), the K3841-Q µATX offers basic manageability.

High speed with low power consumption
For its Power+Board bundles, Bicker Elektronik relies on high-quality storage solutions in industrial quality and Fixed BOM (Bill of Materials) from Cervoz. Based on the Intel® platform development plan, the new DDR5 memory modules from Cervoz support the current 12th generation Intel® processors. In addition, Cervoz DDR5 achieves twice the performance of DDR4 with dual-channel I/O mode and 32-bit wide channels, as well as improved power efficiency due to an on-DIMM 12V voltage regulator and 1.1V I/O.
The Cervoz T405 M.2 SSD storage solution with capacities up to 1TB features the future-proof NVMe interface and is compatible with PCIe Gen3x4. The sequential read/write speed of the 3D TLC NAND flash memory is up to five times faster than SATA III, and numerous protection features ensure maximum data security..
For the new "Alder Lake" bundle, the EKL-22215 is a powerful and at the same time a quiet and premium CPU cooler with heatpipes for the Intel® Socket LGA 17XX. A suitable backplate is already included in the scope of delivery for safe and stable screw mounting. Furthermore, Bicker Elektronik offers individual and customized passive heatpipe solutions based on copper for the effective cooling of high-performance processors in addition to active cooling solutions for closed and fanless computer systems. The dimensioning and implementation of the cooling solutions is carried out in close coordination with the system developer and is oriented to the respective application.
