Compact AC/DC power supplies with protection class II, NEC Class 2, LPS & OVC III
The CHROME II DIN rail power supply series from Delta impresses with its high efficiency and compact design - ideal for industrial applications, building automation and security and monitoring technology in tight control cabinets. Thanks to double insulation according to Class II standards, no grounding connection is required. The power supplies are certified to NEC Class 2 and Limited Power Source (LPS), enabling simplified wiring while maintaining high electrical safety. These AC/DC switching power supplies support 12V and 24V applications and cover multiple power classes for maximum flexibility. Compared to the previous generation, the CHROME II series offers numerous technical improvements, including higher energy efficiency compliant with DOE Level VI and certification for Overvoltage Category OVC III. The mechanical dimensions comply with DIN standard 43880, allowing easy integration into standard distribution cabinets. Featuring a wide input voltage range from 85 to 264 VAC and reliable operation within a temperature range of +30°C to +70°C, these units are built with durable components and meet RoHS compliance.
