Industrial M.2 SSD with 'PowerGuard' avoids data loss during a power failure

The Cervoz Industrial M.2 2280 Embedded Module is a solid state flash disk that complies with the PCIe Gen3x4 standard. The T436 family features both DRAM buffering and the unique PowerGuard function, which prevents data loss in the event of an unexpected power failure. Power Loss Protection (PLP) uses tantalum capacitors to ensure power supply and safely complete flash writes.

The M.2 SSD module also has a heat sink for effective heat dissipation and thus achieves optimal performance values. The product family is the perfect solution for industrial applications that require multitasking capabilities, high efficiency and data security.

The DDR5 DIMM modules are available in capacities ranging from 8GB to 32GB, offering higher efficiency and performance. Cervoz DDR5 provides two independent 40-bit sub-channels per memory module with the new DIMM architecture. This improves memory access efficiency and reduces latency.

DDR5 enables individual memory chips with a density of up to 64 Gb, which is four times higher than the maximum density of DDR4 at 16 Gb, enabling DIMMs with larger capacity. In addition, bandwidth has been increased by 50% compared to DDR4 with 4800MT/s for the new Cervoz DDR5.

The original DRAM chips and all components are strictly tested for the highest compatibility, reliability, and performance. In addition, the DIMM modules are available in an especially wide temperature range, making them ideal for use in industrial PC systems for automation IoT/5G infrastructure, vision, medical technology, and more.
