The series CFM750E high performance power supplys are provided with a I2C interface for analyzing operational parameters such as output voltage and current, temperature, ventilator monitoring etc. The various control and monitoring functions are supplied by a +5 Vsb voltage. An active current sharing function is available for parallel operation of several adapters or for redundancy (n+1). For voltage increase the adapters can also be operated in series.

Ripple and Noise was measured by a 20 MHz bandwidth limited oscilloscope with connected 100 nF and 47 µF capacitors at the output. Measurement were taken at 25 °C, 230 VAC and 60 % load. As a power component this PSU is for assembly purposes only and must not be operated in unassembled condition. The final assembly has to comply with the valid EMC and safety standards.
