As of now, Bicker Elektronik GmbH provides a three year extended manufacturer´s warranty on all its power supplies. „The trust in the high quality of our products allows us providing this extended warranty free of charge” , says managing director Markus Bicker. The customers of the power supply specialists from Donauwörth profit from even more service and security without extra charge. This additional customer service covers the entire product portfolio of high quality power solutions for industrial automation, medical technology, transportation and maritime equipment as well as systems for communication, infotainment and gaming.
All customers who have purchased their products after October 1st , 2011 will benefit from the extended warranty. No additional registration is required since at Bicker Elektronik a detailed backtracking of device serial numbers is possible without any problems.
The new warranty system now presented, says Markus Bicker, is an important element of the future strategy of the power supply manufacturer, which will grow further. The new competence centre currently under construction offers the perfect infrastructure for this. Move-in is planned towards the end of the year. Thus the company is perfectly prepared for the future challenges in the areas of product quality, logistics and customer service.
